You can use Arbor to manage many things for your child.

You can:

• Update your address and phone numbers
• Update emergency contacts
• Update medical information and allergies
• Give consents
• Report an absence
• Check your child’s attendance
• Make payments
• Book clubs and activities

🏫 Attendance and Absence

My child is absent. What should I do?
Please report your child’s absence by leaving a voicemail on 0121 464 5330 or through Arbor In-App Message before 9am on every day of absence.

My child has a medical appointment.
Please follow the same procedure as above to let us know if your child will be late or needs to leave school for an appointment.

My child is late.
Please bring your child to the main office and sign them into school.

Can I take my child on holiday during term time?
Term-time holidays are not normally authorised. Please complete the below leave request form and submit this via email to [email protected] or collect a paper copy of the request form and submit through the office.

Breakfast Club must be booked in advance. Please book your child for every day you would like them to attend.
