We are delighted to announce, that to celebrate and support “The Let Girls Play Campaign” all the girls at Dorrington Academy have been invited to participate in a football taster session.
This will take place on Wednesday 8th March 2023. Please can you make sure your daughter/s come to school wearing their PE kit on this day, to enable them to take part in this fun event.
The Let Girls Play campaign, is a campaign to influence and drive change to get girls playing football. On the 8th of March we want to give every girl the chance to experience playing football and to celebrate International Women’s Day. We will host a session for all the boys at Dorrington Academy later in the year.
